Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY: SHIPPING RATES: Velle offers free standard shipping to US customers for orders over $89. We currently do not ship outside of the US. Velle charges flat rate shipping fees for all orders, regardless of order total, as follows:

  • Standard shipping: free for US orders over $99, $6.95 for US orders under $99

  • Expedited shipping: $25 flat rate

  • Express shipping: $40 flat rate 

  • SHIPPING CARRIERS: We ship using USPS, Fedex, DHL or UPS for domestic orders.

  • ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT TIME: Orders processed within 24-48 hours of the order being placed (this does not include transit time with carrier). Please allow extra time for public holidays as shipping carriers are not open to accept packages. If you live in an area that experiences inclement weather or you place an order during peak the holiday season, please allow for additional time for carrier transit. Velle unfortunately does not control carrier transit times or where the packages are left by the carrier. Every customer is provided with a tracking number to monitor estimated delivery times.
